We serve the Program Management Office and the project managers.
Don’t get us wrong, our systems and tools serve the entire organization. Your purchasing and accounting departments needs will be met, often exceeded, but our primary focus and starting point is satisfying program managers.
We have seen too many corporate wide VMS implementations fail the IT organization – and that is how we got into this business. We like to focus on one department’s needs, establish a very successful program, and then expand within the organization based on that success.
